Shared room for rent – basically almost like having your own apartment 😊
I'm looking for an uncomplicated person between 25 - 40 years old for a room in my apartment.
Since I'm away a lot and hardly ever at home, you would basically have the apartment to yourself in everyday life. It's more like a shared flat with a lot of privacy than the classic shared flat life. 😉
The room is 20sqm and the apartment is located in Tägerwilen on the 3rd floor, no elevator. The kitchen, both bathrooms with shower, and the other rooms are shared.
I'm basically a person who likes to share things. For example, I have a sewing machine and various instruments that can be used – as long as they are treated with respect, of course. 😊
I also have a shared boat, and if the opportunity arises, I'm happy to do things together. Whether it's doing something together, being on the boat, or just having a coffee – I'm happy to, but absolutely no obligation. I think it's nice if you get along well without having to do something together all the time.
Most importantly, I want it to be a good human fit and for us to be able to get along uncomplicatedly. You should be independent, considerate, and simply a pleasant and reliable roommate.
