We are looking for a roommate for our shared accommodation of 6
from today.
The rooms are furnished with a single bed, a desk, a wardrobe and are larger than 20 m2.
We are looking for a sociable person, with a smile and willing to invest in our charming house. 25 to 40 years old would be ideal!
The rent is all-inclusive (except TV fee) and includes a private parking space and there are 30 CHF for the house's ancillary costs (cleaning products, toilet paper and various things for the operation of the house)
The house is ideally located, absolutely quiet in the countryside and only 15 minutes from the train station on foot.
It has a very well-equipped kitchen, a living and dining room with fireplace, 4 meters high ceilings and 4 large windows like in the photo. On the first floor there are 3 rooms and two bathrooms, one with bathtub, washing machine and dryer and 3 more on the second floor as well as a bathroom. (which means one bathroom for 2).
