Large room (20 square meters) overlooking an alley, on the second floor in a very nice duplex shared apartment in the city center of Morges.
Available from September 16th (to be taken over before October).
The shared apartment ends on
April 30, 2027.

Rent: CHF 695 per month all inclusive (internet, water, heating, ECA, electricity, SERAFE).
Deposit: CHF 1800 to be deposited to receive the keys. Subletting contract.

The apartment consists of two floors, each with its own kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room (all double). Dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer. On the first floor there are 3 rooms, on the second 4: very nice roommates, bachelor students, interns or workers (4 boys, 3 girls, between 19 and 35 years old).

Ideal location:
- 50m from Coop and Manor and 5 minutes walk from Migros and Lidl
- 7 minutes walk from Morges train station (trains to Lausanne every 10 minutes)
- 1 minute walk from the nearest bus stop (15 minutes by bus to EPFL)
- 2 minutes walk from the lake
- 20 minutes by bike to EPFL
