We are looking for a subtenant from 30.09. for our beautiful Art Nouveau villa, centrally located in Bassersdorf. Two separate rooms on the 2nd floor are rented, which are opposite each other. They can be used as a bedroom and, for example, as an office or dressing room. One room has built-in closets and a sink. A bed from our previous tenant could be taken over if desired.

Our house includes a spacious living room and dining room, a beautiful garden, winter garden, and a balcony. A bathroom with a bathtub. Two separate toilets, a fully equipped kitchen.

Currently, we live here with three people. Sam and I work in nursing in shift work, Jonny is currently in the military and only at home on weekends.

We are relaxed and open-minded people, everyone can enjoy their peace and quiet here and develop themselves.

Our age is between 20 and 37

A deposit is not required, respectively, regulated by Swisscaution.
