We are looking for a female roommate for our shared apartment, available immediately.
The rental period is limited until the end of July 2027, as our daughters will then need the apartment for their studies/training.
Net rent CHF 830.–/month, gross rent CHF 950.–/month.
The gross rent includes all ancillary costs (including advance payment for electricity and WLAN/Internet, radio/TV fee) and furniture.

The apartment and the room are furnished.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
A color laser printer and an electric piano are available for use in the living room.

The bike cellar and laundry room are also available for shared use with the other residents of the building.

The 4.5-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor (without elevator) - less than 10 minutes' walk from Kollbrunn train station.
In addition to the two rented rooms, the rest of the apartment is available for shared use,
except for the smallest room, which we use as a storage room and therefore remains private.

Move-in date by arrangement.
For the application, please arrange a video call, have a copy of your ID or passport ready, and for foreign applicants, also have a residence permit and enrollment (for students).
Before moving in, a rent deposit of CHF 1,000.- will be due, which must be paid together with the first rent and will be fully refunded after the contract has been terminated, provided that no damages need to be repaired; private liability insurance is the responsibility of the tenant.
