The offices are individually lockable and are ideal for self-employed individuals, consultants, lawyers, therapists, small businesses or other service providers who value a quiet working atmosphere and a representative address.

Instead of a classic office space, you will find a personal working environment here. Each office is its own room within the villa and thus offers privacy and a pleasant, individual atmosphere.

A meeting room is available for shared use by tenants and provides the right setting for meetings and customer appointments. The sanitary facilities are also used jointly.
