We are unfortunately moving away from Winterthur and are now looking for a tenant for our old town apartment. The apartment is available on 01.11.2026. The rent is 2412 CHF including ancillary costs, only the electricity is billed separately.

The apartment has approximately 100 square meters on 2 floors and is located directly on Oberer Graben, right next to many cafes and shopping opportunities. The train station is within walking distance in about 8-10 minutes and there are 3 bus stops within a short walking distance.

The apartment is a renovated old building with a beautiful wooden floor and a balcony that opens onto a quiet backyard. The apartment is extremely quiet despite its central location, among other things because the old town is car-free. The highlight of the apartment is certainly the approximately 3x3 meter large skylight that provides a lot of light and the chimney, which is particularly beautiful in winter. The two floors are very open, like a maisonette apartment.

The apartment has a locked bicycle shed and a cellar outside. The washing machine + dryer is shared with another rental party. On the upper floor, there is an attic that offers a lot of storage space.

Since it only has one bedroom, the apartment is perhaps less suitable for a shared flat, but it is also possible. For a couple, the layout is optimal, with a lot of space and storage space and a central location. We would be very happy if someone took over the apartment who also has as much fun with it as we did.
