We are renting out our beautiful, fully furnished 3.5-room apartment in district 4 for a limited period from end of December 2026 to June/July 2027.

Thanks to a clever room division, there are three closed, approximately equal-sized rooms. Currently, we use them as living room, dining and dressing room, and bedroom. The bedroom is located on the quiet inner courtyard side.

The apartment is fully furnished for rent. The basement compartment is not part of the sublet, as we need it for storing our personal belongings during this time.

We are looking for a reliable and careful person or couple who will treat our apartment and especially the high-quality furniture with care during our absence.
