About the apartment
The modern 4.5-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a new building complex and can be easily reached by elevator. It is spacious and has a balcony, which offers enough space for cozy evenings as well as for smaller parties.
Your future room is nicely bright and approximately 12 m² in size. It offers enough space to furnish it comfortably and individually.
In the basement, a washing machine, dryer, and laundry line are available for shared use. Thanks to the built-in closets in the hallway and an additional basement compartment, there is also sufficient storage space.
If you have a car: A parking space in the underground garage can be rented for CHF 135.-/month.
What we're looking for:
Most importantly, we want it to simply fit – reliable, respectful, open to a pleasant community life. Ideally, you are between 20 and 35 years old and are looking for more than just a functional shared apartment, but you still like it uncomplicated and relaxed.
In short: relaxed, honest, and tidy, and every now and then you feel like having a joint dinner or a beer together.

We are Fabian (32, student) and Zakaria (28, real estate agent)
We both live fairly independently and are often on the go. We are rather a quiet shared apartment, but we also have visitors from time to time. What matters to us is a pleasant, considerate, and uncomplicated living atmosphere.
With us, there are no cleaning schedule dramas or mandatory shared apartment evenings. Nevertheless, we are happy if someone occasionally eats together spontaneously, has a drink, or exchanges ideas briefly. Own ideas, suggestions, and fresh wind are always welcome.
