• 3.5 rooms total, in a quiet neighbourhood — peaceful, yet still a shared, lived-in home

• Excellent sunshine over the summer months

• Notably quiet, with minimal street or rail noise day or night

Your roommate:

• Hanna — an artist and digital business professional

• International household, English is the main language at home (German works too, as Hanna is fluent)

The cat:

• We have one, so you'll need to be comfortable living with a cat

• Bonus points if you already love cats and want to build a bond with her — not a requirement

Location:

• Schwert platform & bus stop — 2–3 min walk

• Tüffenwies tram stop — ~15 min walk

• Coop supermarket — 7 min walk

• Schule Bläsi — 4 min walk (great if you're looking with a family in mind)

• Apotheke zum Meierhof — 5 min walk

• River nearby for walks and outdoor relaxation
