- Bright living room thanks to the large window with small balcony (sun hits directly and only sideways in the late afternoon, keeping the apartment cool)
- Spacious bathroom with shower and bidet
- Also bright bedroom
- Private basement
- Optional private parking: uncovered (80CHF), covered (120CHF), or in the garage (150CHF) depending on availability.
- Shared laundry room
Services:
- Recently renovated Coop 100 meters away
- Excellent barber a few steps away
- Strategic location near the town center, the Italian border, and various restaurants
- Very good pizza delivered for free
Very quiet building, also because the administration makes a selection. Friendly caretaker and administration, always available. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed. Cats by agreement.
Price 720 + 130 expenses (850 CHF total). Electricity extra. The building also has solar panels. A great deal!
Last year, the settlement was only 100CHF.
