Hi, I'm leaving my apartment soon and l am looking for a tenant to take over the lease from October 16th onward

It's a 2-room (T2) apartment, 60m², garden-level, not facing the street, and very quiet. You can just hear the birds sing in the morning Large entrance closet, living/dining room, very well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. A wardrobe/closet unit in the bedroom (2.5m) is to be taken over by the next tenant. Large cellar storage in the basement, parking space available for an extra fee. There are also a shared bike storage space and a shared room with washing machine & drier. Very well located between the Berninaplatz and Tierspital stops.

Rent is 2225 CHF.

I'm also interested in selling most of the furniture shown in the photos (table, chairs, sofa, buffet). Willingness to take over the furniture will be a factor in choosing the next tenant.
