The office rooms are located on the 2nd floor and have large windows and plenty of daylight. They are rented unfurnished and can be individually designed according to your own needs.

Shared infrastructure: A tea kitchen and toilets are available for shared use. A parking space can be rented additionally if needed.

Easily accessible by car and public transport: In addition to the excellent connection to public transport, you benefit from a quick connection to Zurich North, the airport, and the A1 highway. A parking space can be rented additionally if needed.

Pleasant and professional working environment: We are an educational company ourselves and use other rooms at the location. Accordingly, the subletting is particularly suitable for people or companies looking for a quiet and professional working environment.

The rooms can be rented individually or together. The move-in date is possible by arrangement.
