Description
We are looking for a person interested in taking over the rental contract of a recently renovated apartment located in Cassarate, Lugano.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and consists of:
two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a cellar and a washing machine and dryer inside the apartment.
We entered the apartment in January 2026 and everything is practically new. We are very sorry to have to leave it, but for personal reasons we are forced to move.
The rent is CHF 1540 per month + CHF 150 in expenses.
At the moment, the new parking spaces in the building are not yet available because renovation and construction work is in progress. They should be available in a few months, subject to request and agreement with the administration. In the meantime, there are available parking spaces in the surrounding area.
There is also a video of the apartment, which I can send privately to people who are really interested.
