After a move, we are looking for reinforcement for our 4-person shared apartment again.
The 2012 built 125m2 large 5.5 room apartment on the 3rd floor is perfectly centrally located in the encounter zone in the center of Bülach. Restaurants, post office and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The train station Bülach is 5 minutes away, from the front door it takes 20-25 minutes to Zurich main station, Zurich-Kloten airport, Winterthur main station, Schaffhausen.
Our free and unfurnished room has 16m2 and large windows. Washing machine and dryer are directly in the apartment, bathroom and kitchen for shared use and cleaned by a cleaning service. Your share of the ancillary costs (heating, water, janitor) is already included in the rent and fixed at Fr. 55.-, your share of our common shared apartment costs (electricity, internet, cleaning service, Serafe) is separately fixed at Fr. 95.- per month, so a total of Fr. 1120.- including your rent share, and will not increase, even if someone moves out.
We are an uncomplicated and mixed shared apartment, rather quiet and tidy. You should be roughly between 25 and 45 years old and strictly smoke- and vapor-free, m/w is open, and not bring any pets.
Garage spaces are available for 160.-.
