The main station is only three minutes walk away. The apartment is available from November to the end of February.

The apartment is perfect for a family, a couple, two people, or business travelers who want to live centrally and have enough space and privacy at the same time. The living room has a projector and a Bose sound system for entertainment.
The bright living room leads directly into the modern and open kitchen. Thanks to its location on the seventh floor, you can enjoy a fantastic view over the roofs of Zurich.
The absolute highlight is our large private rooftop terrace. From here, you have a wonderful view of the city. The terrace is also excellent in winter. You can sit comfortably by the fire pit or use the space for sports and relaxation.
The location between district 1 and district 4 is hardly surpassable. Zurich main station is within a three-minute walk. Langstrasse and Paradeplatz are about five minutes walk away. Restaurants, bars, shopping facilities, and public transport are practically right outside the front door.
Since we are traveling to South America for a few months, we are renting our apartment during this time. Our personal belongings will be stored in the basement. The apartment is thus fully available to the tenants, including kitchen utensils and bedding.
The apartment has a bathroom with toilet, bathtub, and shower. Additionally, a private washing machine and a tumble dryer are available directly on our floor.
