We wish to exchange our spacious 5-room apartment in Morges for a smaller apartment with 3 or 4 rooms maximum.

A large living room with open kitchen
2 bathrooms
1 guest toilet
A large hallway
A built-in closet in the entrance
A built-in closet in the hallway
A large terrace surrounding the apartment
The apartment is very well located, close to all amenities:
Bus stop about 2 minutes walk, with access to the city center of Morges
Lake shore about 3 minutes walk
Shops and amenities nearby
Rent: CHF 2680, including charges
What we are looking for
We are looking for an apartment with:
3 to 4 rooms maximum
CHF 2000 maximum, including charges
Ideally in Morges or in the surrounding area, but we are also open to other proposals.
Desired exchange date:
From November 1st, 2026
And no later than June 1st, 2027

The apartment we offer for exchange is a moderate rent apartment. It is therefore only accessible to people who meet the required conditions for this type of apartment.
The exchange must of course be accepted by the concerned administrations/owners.
We are only looking for an exchange.
We do not want to rent our apartment separately.
