Commercial spaces A and C are equipped with an additional room, which serves as an archive, due to their size compared to commercial space B.

The parquet floor is made of dark wenge wood. The walls and ceilings, on the other hand, are kept simple with painted white plaster. The floor in the bathroom is made of natural stone and the walls are made of glass mosaic. The tea kitchen with a chrome steel hood has a refrigerator and a V-Zug dishwasher. All commercial spaces are equipped with uniform, discreet curtains.
