For this beautiful home, we are looking for a tenant couple, according to the occupancy specified in the rental agreement. The house offers spacious rooms, plenty of light, and various attractive outdoor areas.

The 5.5 rooms are spread over several floors and offer a variety of possibilities for living, working, and relaxing. Each floor has a balcony. Additionally, a large private garden with a cozy seating area and a rooftop terrace are available.

We particularly appreciated the quiet living situation and the very pleasant and uncomplicated neighborhood. We had a very friendly and great contact with our direct neighbors - another reason why we felt very comfortable here.
