We are looking for a subtenant for our apartment in Kreuzlingen as of October 1, 2026.

The apartment is particularly convincing due to its central and border-close location: Kreuzlingen train station is only about 300 meters away, and the old town of Konstanz is also quickly accessible thanks to the immediate proximity to the border.

The apartment will be handed over unfurnished. The kitchen is part of the apartment and has a dishwasher, among other things.
The apartment also includes a private basement compartment and a private parking space. In the basement, a jointly used washing machine and dryer are available to the residents.
