Hi team!
Our great roommate Matthieu has finished his doctorate, so a spot is opening up in our shared apartment in the Sebeillon neighborhood :)
To give you a quick rundown, we live in a 4.5-room apartment on the 4th floor (with elevator), with a balcony, one bathroom + 2 separate toilets, washing machine + dryer, dishwasher. The cherry on top is that the best pizzeria in Lausanne is just 1 minute away on foot!
As for the available room, it's currently furnished with everything you need (see photo). The rent is 905 CHF/month, including utilities, excluding electricity, WiFi, and RC community. We're ideally looking for someone for November 1st, 2026.
Here are some additional details about the amenities:
- 10 minutes on foot from M1 Montelly
- 5 minutes on foot from bus stop 17 Couchirard
- Flon is 15 minutes on foot away
- Lausanne Gare is 20 minutes on foot or 5-10 minutes by bike
- Gare de Renens is 10 minutes by bike
In a perfect world, we're ideally looking for a young worker who enjoys sharing moments of conviviality between roommates (meals, activities, sports, evenings, bla bla bla the classic things of a super top shared apartment). However, everyone also needs their small moments of calm and we have the habit of respecting each other's privacy! Last thing, you also need to be solvent or have a guarantee (Swiss or working and living in Switzerland) and be okay with being on the lease :)

Depending on that, we'll organize visits during the week (ideally Monday, 14th, Wednesday, 16th, or Friday, 18th of September in the evening).
