I am renting out my beautiful, bright 2.5-room attic apartment in the Wildbach quarter for subletting from mid-November 2026.

The apartment is located in a completely renovated old building and combines a lot of charm with modern living comfort. It is bright, cozy and offers an exceptionally large amount of storage space thanks to two spacious Reduits, private attic and cellar compartment.

The apartment includes a balcony, and the spacious garden is available for shared use by all residents.

The house has only four parties and has a very pleasant and uncomplicated neighborhood. The location is quiet and yet close to the city – the Winterthur old town is easily accessible on foot.

I am looking for a reliable individual or couple who will take over the apartment for at least one year and appreciate a pleasant coexistence in the house.

Depending on further planning, there may be the possibility to stay longer after the first year or to take over the apartment permanently in agreement with the administration.
