We are offering our 4.5-room apartment with 140 m² on the fourth floor of a new building in Via Carlo Maderno, just 10 minutes' walk from the city center.

The parquet floor has both heating and cooling in all rooms and is incredibly powerful, a lifesaver in summer.

We are offering the sale of all furniture, including a portable dual split air conditioner from Midea. A parking space in the garage is available for 150 CHF. An external storage room on the -2 floor is included in the price. The oven was replaced this week with a more modern one (still not used).
