The practically furnished rooms are located in a centrally located and well-maintained house on Zurzacherstrasse 9 in 5200 Brugg.

The basic equipment of the rooms includes a bed incl. bed linen, a table with chairs, as well as a USM-Haller-shelf for storage, clothes, books, etc. The larger rooms are equipped with an additional table and shelf.

Each room also has WLAN/TV, a small refrigerator, and a ceiling light or table lamp. Each resident has personal locker spaces in the entrance area and in the large communal kitchen.

The spacious and comfortably equipped kitchen is available for shared use by all room residents. The kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, two microwave devices, and a large dishwasher. The kitchen offers seating for up to four people.

Three beautiful and bright bathrooms on each floor, as well as a washing machine and dryer, are available for shared use. The washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge.

The ancillary costs are lump sum and include water, electricity, TV and internet fees, as well as the weekly professional cleaning of the common areas.
