Due to a move to Neuchâtel, we are looking for people interested in taking over, a bit at the last minute (sorry...), the lease of our beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator in a Minergie building constructed in 2015 in the center of Lausanne.

It consists of:
-A living room that forms a large room with the kitchen and entrance
-Two bedrooms, one spacious and one smaller.
-A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
-A balcony that spans the entire width of the living room
-A cellar
-Common areas: laundry room, bike garage. An indoor parking space can be rented additionally. Otherwise, there are macarons on blue spaces nearby (Zone B).

The apartment is recent and certified Minergie (high energy efficiency and great comfort in Switzerland).
It is therefore very well insulated, both phonically and thermally, with triple glazing.
The doors and windows are large, making it very bright, and have electric shutters that block the light very well and keep it cool in the summer.

The indicated rent includes charges.
