You will have your private room of 15 m2 (plus a 5.7 m2 south-facing balcony) furnished with a 140x200 cm bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a storage unit, a large mirror, and a dressing table.
The shared spaces are:
- The newly equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer combination, electric cooking plates, dishwasher, microwave, oven) from June 2025
- The bathroom (sink and bathtub with shower curtain) with WC
