Die Altbauwohnung ist gepflegt, hell und bietet dir ein grosses Zimmer sowie ein zweites, kleineres Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Zusätzlich kannst du den Kellerabteil für extra Stauraum benutzen; Waschmaschine und Trockner werden im Haus geteilt.

Die Lage ist top: Zum Bahnhof Wollishofen sind es rund 5 Gehminuten, die nächste Tramstation erreichst du in etwa 2 Minuten, Supermärkte liegen gleich um die Ecke. Auch der Zürichsee ist in rund 5 Gehminuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Kurz gesagt: ruhig und grün, aber trotzdem super zentral. In ca. 10 Minuten erreichst du mit der Tram-Linie 7 den Paradeplatz.

Bright, central 2.5-room apartment (approx. 62 m²) with its own balcony (courtyard-facing, green view) in Zurich-Wollishofen – fully furnished, WiFi included.

The apartment is in a well-maintained old building (Altbau), bright and offers a large room plus a second, smaller room, kitchen and bathroom. You'll also have access to a cellar compartment for extra storage; washing machine and dryer are shared in the building.

The location is excellent: Wollishofen train station is about a 5-minute walk, the nearest tram stop about 2 minutes, and supermarkets are just around the corner. Lake Zurich is also about a 5-minute walk away. In short: quiet and green, yet super central. Tram line 7 gets you to Paradeplatz in about 10 minutes.
