The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and please note that there is no elevator. This apartment has a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an additional double bed, which guarantees sufficient space for restful nights. The bright living area offers a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing after an eventful day. The modern, open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and water boiler. For your comfort, free WiFi, a TV, central heating, an iron and ironing board, as well as a hair dryer are available. Centrally located in the historic Old Town, you can easily reach numerous sights, restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities on foot. The idyllic banks of the Reuss and the picturesque Lake Lucerne invite you to take beautiful walks and relaxed moments by the water. Lucerne train station is just a few minutes' walk away and offers ideal connections for excursions throughout Switzerland. Whether a walk along the Reuss, a boat trip on Lake Lucerne or a leisurely stroll through the city - Lucerne can be wonderfully discovered from this location. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a deposit/damage insurance of CHF 2,000.00 and a final cleaning of CHF 200.00 will be charged. These payments are to be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed. Please note the following important information regarding additional fees. Optional additional services will only be charged if they are selected by the guest and include a baby bed for CHF 15.00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10.00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75.00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights). Mandatory fees and taxes are tourist taxes, which vary by city: in Lucerne CHF 4.90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax with registration in the city); in Basel CHF 4.20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax with registration in the city, maximum 30 nights charged); and in Zug CHF 1.00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax with registration in the city). For stays of 28 nights or more, a deposit of CHF 2,000.00 is required, which will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection of the property. Additionally, a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 is mandatory for stays of 28 nights or more; this fee is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.
