I am looking for a tenant to take over my current contract for this 2.5-room apartment located in Via Odescalchi, just after the Italian border.
The apartment is very bright and quiet. Possibility of a parking box for 120 francs per month, or blue parking spaces under the house.
Kitchen and bathroom are furnished, so I have to sell the sofa, chairs, table, wardrobe, and bed (I'll take the mattress away) to the incoming tenant.
Pleasant, habitable terrace for dinner for 2 people.
Being attached to the border, it takes both Italian and Swiss signals very well. Less than 30 minutes by car from Milan North and 10 minutes from Como.
