From October 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, a room in a 2-person shared flat in Zürich Affoltern will be available.

The unfurnished room is 15m² in size and has its own bathroom (5m²). The rest of the apartment (approx. 100m² or 85m² without my room/bathroom) is furnished, but offers enough space and flexibility for your own interior design ideas. This includes two balconies, a small one by the kitchen (approx. 2m²) and a large one outside the glass front of the living area (30m²). A basement compartment (8m²) is also available. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and offers a great view into nature.

The rent consists of the rent for the room and the apartment: CHF 1,400 per month, including water costs, and the additional costs for electricity: CHF 20 per month and internet: CHF 20 per month.

The apartment is 500m away from Affoltern train station, from where the S6 reaches Zürich HB in 13 minutes and Oerlikon train station in 6 minutes. Shopping facilities can also be found within walking or cycling distance (Aldi 500m, Coop 650m, Migros 750m). There is access to a locked bicycle cellar and a Mobility station is available at the building, in case you need a car.

Until now, I shared the apartment with a good friend who has since moved out of the rental agreement, which is why I am looking for a sociable and open person to spend the rest of the time in this very comfortable apartment.
