Within walking distance of the apartment is also the wooded Lützelmurg, one of the ecologically most valuable streams in the canton of Thurgau. This green area is very suitable for walking, jogging, biking, or relaxing at the barbecue areas.

The apartment is south-facing, and the sun can be enjoyed on the balcony with a view of an ash tree, meadow, and neighboring buildings from morning to evening. The south-facing orientation and the large windows of the apartment provide bright rooms.

The large living room has a cozy Klötzli parquet floor. The separate kitchen with space for a dining table has a dishwasher, oven, stove, and refrigerator. The compact bathroom has a toilet with sink and bathtub with shower. The building is accessible by elevator.
