Travel journalist seeking roommate

From October 16th, my modern, fully furnished and equipped 2.5-room dream apartment with balcony will be available to you for ten months, a ten-minute walk from the University of Zurich. Gross rent CHF 1500 per month, all inclusive like electricity, laundry room, water, heating, and internet, TV and radio with fees, office and kitchen equipment, furniture as shown in the picture and, if needed, also bed linen.
Most of the time you will be alone, as I will be away a lot as a journalist until summer 2027 and as a project manager with job sharing, I will have to travel to Africa again and again. We will share the apartment for a few days after your move-in on October 16th, 2026, and then for about 10-15 days every two months.
The aforementioned rent of CHF 1500 all included is for sole use of the apartment. When sharing, we split the rent and all costs: you only pay half of about 50 CHF per day.
Best for me and the administration would be a roommate with shared apartment experience, single, non-smoker, without pets but with a Swiss address and Swiss ID, studying or working.
