In our practice community at Seestrasse 45 in Zürich-Enge, a bright, quiet practice room will be available immediately or by arrangement.
The room is approximately 13 m² in size (3.30 × 4.00 m) and features a generous ceiling height, beautiful parquet flooring, and a large window. It is very well suited for therapeutic, consulting, or body-oriented work.
The shared facilities include an inviting waiting area, toilet, and a lounge with kitchen. Internet and cleaning of the shared areas are included in the rent; there are no additional ancillary costs.
Currently, professionals from complementary therapy/kinesiology and TCM work in the practice. We would like a colleague from a complementary field and an uncomplicated, respectful, and quiet cooperation.
The practice is located directly below the Enge church. Enge train station, tram and bus connections, and the lake are within a few minutes' walking distance.
Rent: CHF 1,430 per month including ancillary costs, internet, and cleaning
