As part of my move, I am looking for a successor for this beautiful, renovated loft of approximately 50 m², located on the 2nd and top floor, in the heart of Lutry's historic center, just a few steps from the lake.
The apartment has been completely renovated and offers very nice finishes, with a contemporary interior that preserves the charm of the building.
It consists of a large open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom area, maintaining the loft spirit.
The apartment is rented unfurnished. The published photos show the apartment empty, and others are visuals/synthetic images intended to illustrate the volumes and furnishing possibilities. The furniture represented in these visuals is therefore not included in the rental.
On the other hand, the custom-made, integrated fittings are part of the apartment and will remain in place, notably:
