Last year I separated and now I live in Cadro, in a pretty big house, surrounded by greenery and quiet, just a few steps from the woods. I have a nice garden and a porch that in the summer definitely becomes one of my favorite places! There's also a cultivated garden with mulch.

For some time now, I've been thinking it would be nice to share this space with someone. I admit, at first I had some fears, but now I think: why not try?

So, I'm looking for a person to share the house with, but most of all someone with whom I can have a nice harmony. The idea is to split some expenses, but I'd like the cohabitation to be something more than just the simple: I have my room, you have your room.

I'm 36 years old, I like being in company, inviting friends and having a chat, but I also love quiet evenings and moments all to myself. As hosts, there's also a dog that's different but very nice, and a cat that's very cuddly and cheeky. They're an integral part of my life and the house, so they need to be loved and taken care of.

The room is a single room, with a bed that can become a double bed if needed, and a wall wardrobe. Next to the room, there's also a bathroom that would be for the exclusive use of the person taking the room. Parking and heating are included.

I'd like to find a respectful, quiet, and willing person to share, when it suits, some moments together: a dinner, a chat, mutual help without giving up on one's own spaces and habits.

In short, I'm not just looking for a roommate, but someone with whom a pleasant, spontaneous, and mature cohabitation can arise, made of respect, lightness, and a bit of sharing.
