Description

I'm looking for a subtenant from 01.11 for my room in a 2-person shared apartment in a 3-room apartment in ZH-Affoltern. The room is approximately 12m^2 in size, relatively bright due to its south-facing location. It's basically unfurnished, but a few pieces of furniture could be taken over by agreement.

In addition to a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, you'll also have access to a spacious living room with a balcony, as well as a cellar compartment. There's also space for bikes in the cellar. Since the apartment is only shared with one other person, you'll generally have a lot of freedom.

The apartment is well connected to public transportation via the Glaubtenstrasse stop and is close to the ETH Hönggerberg. You can also reach the woods on foot in about 3 minutes.

You'll be sharing the apartment with Benedikt. He's 23, studying math at ETH in his master's degree, and plays tennis in his free time.

The apartment belongs to the city of Zürich. There is no main tenant contractually; you would take over the apartment half and be equal to Benedikt.
