Costs:
If the apartment is rented as a holiday home, an additional approx. CHF 100.00 tourist tax per month will be charged. The rent includes heating costs (provided they do not exceed a certain amount). Water is divided, and electricity is billed directly. Telephone/Internet (not yet) available - but can be solved in the meantime.

German-speaking, long-term tenants without pets are preferred. No seasonal workers or shared apartments (except couples/families).
