With a heavy heart, we are parting with our beautiful 3.5-room apartment in the heart of Oerlikon. The apartment is a real gem: spacious, very practical, with a balcony overlooking the green inner courtyard.

On approximately 75 m², it offers a large living room, two more spacious rooms, a separate kitchen, bathroom/WC, and a spacious entrance with built-in closets. The two additional rooms are similarly large and can be flexibly used as bedrooms, study, or dining rooms.

A special highlight is the living room with direct access to the balcony. Both face the green inner courtyard with trees and plenty of greenery right in front of you. Here, you live in the middle of Oerlikon and yet have a pleasantly quiet retreat.

Location
Oerlikon train station is only about 2 minutes' walk away. From there, there are excellent connections to Zurich HB and the airport, as well as very frequent direct connections to Hardbrücke, Wiedikon, and Enge - ideal for professionals, commuters, or weekly residents.

For everyday life, you practically don't need any means of transportation: directly opposite is the Neumarkt with a large Migros, Lidl, Asia Store, restaurants, and other shops. The Schachplatz and the center of Oerlikon with numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants are also just a few steps away.

What we particularly like about Oerlikon: it's lively, multicultural, and urban, yet you can quickly get to the countryside. The Badi Allenmoos, the Käferberg, and various forest and recreation areas are also quickly accessible. And with Hallo Beirut and the Venus, two of our personal favorites are right in the neighborhood.
