We rent our single-family house (Stöckli) on the agricultural estate Wilihof in Brittnau. Are you looking for a house in the green on an active agricultural estate in the middle of nature? Do you enjoy cold winter evenings with the wood-heated bench in the bright rustic living room? Then you might soon be our tenants.
The rent includes 2 external parking spaces. Electricity, water, and sewage costs are borne directly by the tenant according to their own meters. The ancillary costs only consist of the effective heating costs, which are calculated according to the heat meter. The house is currently being partially renovated (painting, floors, kitchen, bathroom, etc.). There are no other rooms available outside the single-family house (stable, workshops, etc.). Due to animal husbandry (sheep) on the Wilihof, we prefer tenants without dogs.
