We would like to sublet our old building apartment for a maximum of half a year until the end of July 2027.

The apartment is located in the middle of the Baden old town and is a 5-minute walk from the train station. There are also various shopping opportunities at the train station. Two bus stops are also conveniently located in front of the house. Since the apartment is oriented towards the back of the Weiten Gasse, it is relatively quiet.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and the laundry room is located right in front of the apartment door. A parking space would also be available for 150.-
