The apartment has NO common room, basement, attic, and balcony for shared use. Kitchen, corridor, and bathroom are for common use.
Outdoor parking can be rented for 50.-/month extra.
Included in the price: Bathroom, corridor, and kitchen are cleaned by a cleaning lady on Fridays, 17l garbage bags are available. Pet, cardboard, and paper are disposed of.
Washing machine and tumble dryer usage.
Notice period is 2 weeks. Deposit for 4 keys (room, front door, mailbox, house entrance door) is 700.-.
The furniture in the picture is not current. Furniture will be bought soon. You will then have a bed, a wardrobe, and a small table at your disposal.
Current roommates are Pascal/42, Max/25, Ilona/74.
You are welcome if you do not smoke, do not consume alcohol daily, are a woman, and have a minimum of B1 level German.
