I'm unfortunately moving out of my cozy 1-person MicroCoLiving apartment in Hobelwerk in Oberwinterthur and am looking for a subtenant.

MicroCoLiving is aimed at people who like to have their own private retreat, but also value community and encounters. In total, there are 24 small apartments for one to two people. Spread over three floors are spacious community rooms with large kitchens, living and working areas - space for cooking, eating, working, exchanging and being together.

The apartment:

- 30 m² on the 3rd floor.

- Spacious bathroom with shower.

- Small open kitchen without oven.

- Large community kitchens for joint cooking and of course also for baking 😊 as well as large living rooms that are brought to life by the community.

- 1 shared balcony per floor.

- Laundry room for the entire residential building with several washing machines, dryers and drying rooms.

- Elevator.

The MicroCoLiving includes an association in which all residents are members. Once a month, we meet to exchange ideas and develop ideas for a good coexistence. In addition, there are always joint activities such as cooking and eating, excursions, game nights and much more.

If you like community, are also willing to contribute yourself and are interested in an intergenerational living together, this could be exactly the right place for you.

MicroCoLiving is part of the cooperative settlement Hobelwerk of the cooperative more than living. For entry into the cooperative, a corresponding cooperative share certificate must be purchased.

You can use the entire Hobelwerk area with e.g. community garden, fitness room, rooftop terrace, sauna etc.
