In a preferred location in a beautiful quarter, near the university and ETH, we are renting a very spacious 4-room apartment.

The large and bright old building apartment was completely renovated a few years ago and the original building components from the time of its construction (1909) were restored as far as possible. All rooms are approximately 3.4 meters high. The floors are newly sealed parquet in all living and sleeping rooms, as well as terrazzo plates in the kitchen and restored terrazzo in the bathroom and separate toilet. In front of the living room, there is a approximately 9 m2 large balcony, and the kitchen also has a smaller balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with modern Miele appliances (dishwasher, large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, oven, and glass ceramic field with induction). In addition to the modern kitchen, the original kitchen buffet has been partially preserved and offers additional storage space.

The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a sink, fittings, and other furnishings in a classic style, as is the separate toilet/sink.

The apartment includes a large compartment in the basement.
