We are a engaged and active couple of 28 years old looking to create a great shared apartment with 2 other people.
We have taken over the lease for mid-October 2026 for this charming house, with the intention of setting up a shared apartment. The large garden, the rooms upstairs, the two bathrooms, the large common area on the ground floor, the availability of 2 parking spaces, and the proximity to the Lausanne-Neuchâtel axis are all factors that convinced us that a shared apartment would be ideal here.
We are looking for two roommates, who know each other or not, male or female, young or old, ideally active but students also possible.
The goal is to create a convivial atmosphere where everyone can choose to stay in their own space or share nice moments together.
The lease is in our name and we manage the shared apartment directly. A shared apartment agreement as well as a charter of common life will be signed with us in order to clearly define the operation of the house. Since the deposit has already been taken care of by us, you will not have to pay any additional deposit.
