As of December 1, 2026, I am looking for a solvent subtenant for this beautiful, bright 2.5-room apartment in a preferred and quiet location in Altnau's Oberdorf.
The apartment on the high ground floor combines high living comfort with an idyllic environment and offers the following

Pet keeping:
Pets are generally allowed, but there is a special feature on site. In the apartment directly above, a neighbor lives with a cat, whose cat ladder leads directly to the property. Since the well-being of the animal is close to my heart, a dog can only move in if it is proven to be absolutely cat-friendly and does not harass or obstruct the cat in any way (my own dog completely ignores it).
