The apartment is very bright and quietly located. The Coop is directly next to the building (less than 1 minute). There are several laundry rooms in the building for independent registration in the laundry plan.

The office is included in the rent and excluded from use. Thus, 2.5 rooms are available, i.e. a total of 69 m2 (total apartment 79 m2).
