Expenses: CHF 150./month, with settlement at the end of the year

I'm looking for a sublessee for a charming 1.5-room apartment, approximately 35 m², in the characteristic nucleus of Grancia. Available immediately, or with a move-in date to be agreed upon.
The apartment is very functionally organized, with a small wall that partially separates the sleeping area from the kitchen area. It has a modern kitchen, a bathroom with shower and private washing machine, so without turns or shared laundry.
Excellent location: bus stop a few minutes away, Lugano city center reachable in about 25 minutes by public transport and Grancia shopping center a few minutes' walk away. Municipal parking nearby.
Requirements requested by the landlord for the sublessee: person with work and regular income, without executions, with permit B, permit C or Swiss citizenship.
The application will be submitted to the landlord for approval and subsequent sublease agreement.
