The 3-room apartment is located on the 4th floor and is perfect as a 2-person shared apartment or for a couple. It is partially furnished. We are flexible with the furniture and would be happy to discuss with you what to keep and what not to keep. This way, you can move in uncomplicatedly and still furnish the apartment to your taste.

The best thing about this apartment is clearly the location. You live in the middle of the old town, and everything you need is right outside your door. Cafes, bars, and restaurants are within a few steps, as are shopping opportunities and the market square. You don't need a bus or bike and can still get everywhere quickly. Especially practical for students: You can walk to the HSG in about 10 minutes.
