Out of my passion for classic cars, a personal dream has come true: my own, private hall for vintage cars, young timers, sports cars, and special vehicles.

Since I would like to share some of the parking spaces with like-minded people, I am looking for long-term tenants who not only own cars but also bring the same enthusiasm and appreciation for them.

Here, it's not just about an ordinary garage space, but about a discreet and high-quality location for special vehicles - embedded in a car-friendly environment and in an absolute top location on the lake road in Meilen.

The parking spaces are located in a private hall where my own vehicle collection is also housed.

Access to the hall is exclusively via a car lift. Tenants receive their own key and thus have 24/7 access to their vehicle.

The hall is video-monitored and, thanks to the generous space, is also ideal for particularly large cars, such as Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and similar vehicles.

On the premises or in the building, there is a professional vehicle preparer and painter as well as a Maserati and Ferrari contract partner.

For shared use, tenants have a private toilet and a coffee bar at their disposal.

Each parking space also has a power connection for a battery maintenance device.

CONDITIONS

The parking spaces are available immediately. Long-term rental relationships are preferred.

When renting a 2-or 4-row with consecutive parking spaces, the rent is reduced to CHF 325.- per parking space/month

It is important to me that the hall retains its private and high-quality character. Therefore, the offer is particularly aimed at collectors, enthusiasts, and car enthusiasts who appreciate the corresponding handling of the vehicles and the location.

Whether a classic old-timer, a special young timer, a modern sports car, a supercar, or a large luxury limousine - vehicles and people who fit into this environment are being sought.
