Following an unexpected change in my personal situation, I am looking for someone to take over the lease of this apartment as of February 1st, 2027. I had chosen this apartment with great enthusiasm and sincerely regret having to give it up for reasons unrelated to the quality of the apartment or the neighborhood.
Located on the ground floor of the new B61 building, at Route d'Orny 31 in Orbe, this 2.5-room apartment of approximately 55 m² benefits from a northeast orientation, on the outside of the neighborhood, with an unobstructed view and limited vis-à-vis. The future tenant will be the first occupant.

This is a lease takeover under the same contractual conditions. The final allocation of the apartment is subject to the submission of a complete dossier, the examination of solvency, and the acceptance of the application by the management.
As the apartment is still under construction, it is not currently possible to visit it directly. Visits to a similar 2.5-room model apartment are organized every Wednesday between 1:30 and 2:30 pm.
